Hi all,

Not a great day today – realising how my eating patterns match my mood.  Stress = bread.  And not the gluten free, good bread but the white stuff.  You know.  I’m getting back on this old horse & pushing forward.  Lesson learnt today – white bread is not part of the plan OR solution.
