kickin’ the white stuff day 4.

Well having recovered from the ‘way to much but gee it was great’ champagne adventure, I am feeling surprisingly fresh this afternoon. I haven’t kicked the white stuff absolutely 100% as it is recommended that the first two weeks you ‘go slow’ which I’m doing. I am making much better choices and I am really thinking about what I am eating. I’m certainly not hungry or feeling deprived. I don’t think I have ever enjoyed my morning coffee as much as I am at the moment.
